About Carrie Empero

I grew up in a small Iowa farm town where few expected much of me—but I proved them wrong.

I started college at an 8th-grade math level, worked my way up to straight A’s in calculus, and graduated with a 3.8 GPA.

After being accepted into a selective X-ray tech program, I realized the medical field wasn’t my true calling. I wanted more time to connect with people and make a real difference—so I followed my mother-in-law’s footsteps into real estate.

Starting from scratch in a city where I didn’t know anyone, I built my business by mailing and door knocking one neighborhood until I became the top listing and selling agent there.

Nearly two decades later, I’ve helped hundreds of families find their homes and now rank among the top 3 in my office and top 50 company-wide.

To me, real estate is about people, memories, and the joy of helping clients find the place they’ll call home.
